Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Vision AI Summit website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (TOS). If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services.
Summit Registration
- Eligibility: The Summit is open to professionals and companies in the AI industry. Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Fees: Registration fees are required for both candidates and companies. These fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.
Content and Conduct
- Content Ownership: Content provided by Vision AI LLC, including program materials and presentations, is owned by us or our content providers and protected by copyright laws.
- Appropriate Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct. We reserve the right to remove attendees who violate this expectation.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies for registration fees will be clearly communicated at the time of registration. In certain circumstances, refunds may be available as outlined in the policy.
Limitation of Liability
Vision AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to your participation in or inability to participate in the Summit.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. Your continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
